Accreditation - Thursday 25, Friday 26 & Saturday 27 June

Location: TBC - On the University of Nottingham Campus

Time: Will require an appointment with the WFDF events team - you will receive an email with details how to book.

All teams must register before the event to collect their accreditation passes. Players who are not accredited ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PLAY. Registration for each and every player must be completed before any player may begin to compete.

All registered players, team members, staff, volunteers, media and guests will receive event accreditation attached to a lanyard. To be eligible to enter the playing venues, utilise event services, access official event areas and social events, and compete. You must keep your accreditation on you at all times.

Warmup Fields - Friday 26 & Saturday 27 June

Location: Riverside Sports Complex (playing venue) & David Ross Sports Village 3G pitch (on Campus)

Time: TBC (DRSV is available all day until 10pm - Riverside Fields will be made available during the day)

We will be making a number of the playing fields at Riverside available for Warmups on Saturday 27 June. There is also a 3G pitch on the main campus at the David Ross Sports Village & on the Jubilee campus closer to town that will be made available on Friday 26 & Saturday 27 June. Bookings will open soon.

Captains’ and Spirit Captains’ Meetings - Saturday 27 June

Location: TBC

Time: TBC

These meetings usually take place concurrently and you will be expected to have minimum 1 and maximum 2 representatives at each meeting.

Tournament Party - Friday 3 July

Location: Tournament Village, Nottingham Hockey Centre, NG7 2PS

Time: 9pm - late

The party will take place next to the Showcase Field in the Tournament Village. Live acts will follow the end of the Grand Master Mixed final and will be followed by a few DJ sets possibly with a silent disco to finish.
