General Questions:

Can I volunteer at the tournament even if I know nothing about Ultimate?

Absolutely! To pull this off we need 100’s of volunteers to fulfil roles across a wide range of skills. There are some ultimate specific game official roles, but also twice as many roles that don’t need a drop of ultimate knowledge. You can volunteer for the whole week or just register for a single shift just head over to register on the Volunteers page!

Yes. In order to cater for spectators at this event we have to provide appropriate facilities and build infrastructure (like a 3000 seat grandstand!) and it’s this cost should not be bourn by participants. You can purchase tickets here. If you are a Team Guest then please contact your Team Manager to obtain your pre-purchased Spectator tickets.

Team Guests are a class of Spectator that travel and/or are accommodated with a team. They are not officially part of the team but have access to book into tournament accommodation & transport. They do not receive a Tournament Gift, nor have access to official game sidelines, meetings or medal ceremonies, but do receive a week long Spectator Pass. If you are a Team Guest then please contact your Team Manager to obtain your pre-purchased Spectator pass.

What does the Team Staff Fee provide me?

Team Staff (non-playing team support) are officially part of the team but not on the playing roster.
