Transport & Parking
Booking Shuttle Buses
One person from each team should complete the Accommodation & Transport Poll by Thursday 7th May. After this we will publish the fixed Shuttle Bus costs, timetable & booking form here.
In our commitment to the environment and sustainability, we expect that all event participants will either find their own way to the playing fields (by tram, bus, car, taxi, eBike or walking) or pre-book tournament shuttle buses (at additional cost) that will be arranged between the playing venues. The playing venues are approximately a 35 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride and we are partnering with a local E-Bike company to provide additional capacity to service the event.
The costs associated with all the different transport options (hire car, shuttle bus, hire e-bike, taxi) are all very similar and teams should choose the most suitable option for themselves.
Taxis & Drop Off
There are Taxi and drop off zones at both sites separate to the car park. Please follow signage on arrival.
Highfields - Nottingham Hockey Centre, NG7 2PS
Riverside - Powerleague Nottingham Lenton, NG7 2TG
Please note: Do NOT direct taxis to the Riverside Sports Complex as it will cost you more and take longer due to the narrow access road.
Parking
All participants will be able to park at both playing venues free of charge.
Participants that are residents at the University accommodation will be able to park on campus free of charge.
Highfields - Nottingham Hockey Centre, NG7 2PS
Riverside - Riverside Sports Complex, NG7 2SA
Please note: Do NOT park at the Drop Off location as you will receive a parking fine from the operators of Powerleague who have kindly let us use their car park from drop off only!
